About the Opportunity

Arnifi is expanding their legal team and is looking for a Legal Associate to join them at their Bangalore office.

This is not a conventional “9–5 legal role” where you stay inside a fixed JD and pass work around. We’re a high-growth company, and the people who thrive here are the ones who are curious, adaptable, proactive, and ready to build.

Roles and Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate/commercial agreements
Legal opinions and advisory work
AML/KYC compliance and due diligence
Company incorporation and cross-border documentation

Some days, you may be helping structure a new internal process. Other times, you could be involved in building legal-tech workflows, automating repetitive legal operations, or working on projects at the intersection of law, business, and technology.

You’ll be given real responsibility from day one and the space to take ownership beyond just execution.

Eligibility Criteria

We’re looking for people with 1–3 years of experience who genuinely want to learn fast, take initiative, and grow in an environment where things move quickly. Freshers with strong internship experience are also welcome to apply.

Immediate joiners are preferred. Brownie points if you have experience or familiarity with UAE laws and regulations.
